DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Bind and Switch doesn't offer physical gift cards at this stage, however if you would like to buy a store credit for someone as a gift, get in touch!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Cash and card facilities are available for purchases at market events. Card purchases are the only option at this present time for the online store.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to hygiene reasons, rope can not be returned if you change your mind about your purchase. Refunds or replacements are available in the event that there is a defect that makes your purchase unusable, or if you are sent the wrong item. You will need to get in contact so I can provide a return shipping label. Refunds and replacements are offered on a case-by-case basis and will only be processed once the item has been returned and inspected, with the provision that you:

  • Must have treated the product with appropriate care.

  • Must not have damaged the goods by using them not as intended.

  • Must have proof of purchase.

 

Due to the hand-dyed nature of the rope, minor variations in tone or consistency of the colour are natural and are to be expected. They do not impact the function of the rope. All care is taken to ensure that the colours shown on the product pictures are true, however some screens may display colour differently. If you have a very specific colour request, please get in touch so I can assist.
